Our client company, a leader in the manufacture and sale of linear systems and actuator used in automation assemblies seeks a Regional Sales Manager to help lead the company’s growth. This well established group has become one of the most respected names in automation solutions and guided motion technology for more than 50 years.
The road map is clear to achieving phenomenal success for a drives sales person that wants to see their customers succeed. In this role you will be managing the Midwest region, not only working directly with OEMs and manufacturing companies but also supporting a great group of independent reps and manufacturers reps in the industrial automation space. Primarily targeting the plant assembly, packaging machinery design, industrial automation, machine tools and robotics applications . You will effectively lead new business development efforts by executing on opportunities the lead to sources of revenue, new markets and, new capabilities. A very exciting time to join this group.

If you are an experienced professional that has the following background, we’d love to talk with you.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in business or engineering
- Experience in working with Manufacturer rep. firms
- 4+ years’ experience in sales of motion control and/ or automation products, linear motion or robotics marketplace.
- Proven track record of sales growth.
